Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a file format (EMB file) used by industrial embroidery machines. Bklyn Thread digitization provides a high-quality stitch file with the best level of detail available.

No. Digitization is only a one-time setup fee for every new design. Digitizing is separate from the cost of the products and design.
When the design is digitized, depending on the number of stitches for the logo, will determine the cost of the design.
The only thing that has to be digitized are personal logos or designs. Letters & numbers do not need to be digitized. There are a variety of fonts you can choose from to do names, numbers, or symbols.
Full payment is due upon order confirmation. When a payment is received, your order will be secured!
The standard turnaround time is 1 week for 12 items or less. For large orders, turnaround time will be determined at the time of order confirmation.
